I try to document historical happenings in the kids lives in addition to our everyday adventures. I am sure I have missed a few and what I think is important to them now, they might see as unimportant later in life. My wish for them is that they can see who they were and what they were doing when these historical happenings took place.
That being said the first picture is Gigi in front of the TV during the inauguration of Barack Obama. The following pictures are in honor of today's
Royal Wedding of Prince William & Kate Middleton.
Gigi & I watched some of the wedding together and she would get excited and clap & cheer. I explained to her that Kate is a princess and she was loving that. I wasn't as interested in the
Royal Wedding as some people, but it's something to celebrate and I love to celebrate! After we finished watching the wedding, Gigi got dressed up in her princess best & we had a little tea party/play time celebration of our own. I feel so blessed that I am able to spend this day and each and everyday with my own prince-charming and my little princess & prince.
